Brand New 2.4m Sofa (1.2m x 2) in Admiralty Street, North Singapore for sale

I ordered this sofa and got it custom-made but unfortunately I chose the wrong fabric color. I am also letting go of the coffee table as the wooden top colour clashed with my flooring. Due to my interior design aesthetics, I am forced to let these both items go.
Both items are brand new and is unused. It's about 1 week old.

Description of Sofa:
Dimensions - L240cm x D107cm x H68cm (Sofa is configured to be split into 1.2m length each so that it can fit a regular HDB/Condo lift.
Inner Filling - High Resilient Foam (42kg/cbm) + Down & Feathers (Comfortably soft yet no 'sink-in' feeling)
Fabric - Beige in Polyester
Legs: Matte Black Steel
Description of Coffee Table:
Dimensions - L130cm x D75cm x H23cm
Wood - Solid Ash Wood Veneer Top (Natural Matte Finish)
Frame - Matte Black Steel
Coffee table in mint condition (10/10) - no scratches, dents, marks.
For the sofa, the upholstery is a little lose but it won't be noticeable unless you really pull all the sides. The legs have some scratches - not noticeable as well and you can have a little touch-up.

Price is non-neg and delivery fee should be borne by you. If not I can help you find a delivery guy that charges $100 for the two items. Both items have a market value of approximately $4.5K (based on my research in Park Mall) but because I got it made myself, my cost is significantly lower.
